1 General Provisions

555dd is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 555dd ("we", "us") and registered users of the platform ("you", "member").

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following mobile banking methods can be used for transactions on 555dd:

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. The maximum deposit limit is variable and depends on account level and verification status.

3.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met before submitting a withdrawal request:

• Account identity verification must be completed.
• The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit (where applicable).

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

555dd offers a welcome bonus for new members — a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, the maximum ৳8,000 bonus applies, giving a total of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement must be fulfilled before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.

Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000. That means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games — the list of eligible games will be stated on the promotions page.
• If an attempt is made to exploit bonuses by using multiple accounts, the accounts will be closed.
• 555dd reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.

5 VIP Program

555dd's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Providing fraudulent or misleading information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinated attempts to exploit the bonus system.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the platform's software or systems.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to harm other members.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure by 555dd

555dd may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A proven breach of the Terms.
• Suspected fraud or provision of false information.
• In accordance with instructions from a regulatory authority.
• Failure to complete identity verification.

7.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, any remaining balance will be returned after all pending bets are settled and wagering requirements are met. Please contact us directly to request account closure.

8 Limitation of Liability

555dd will not be held liable for the following:

• Interruptions or losses mid-game due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical problems with your device or software.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your own account.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• 555dd reserves the right to void any incorrectly displayed benefit resulting from a technical error.
